Life happens in the now
When I was younger, I worried about who I was, what I wanted to do with my life, and where I wanted to live. I yearned for more space and more freedom. I sometimes felt trapped in my emotions and thoughts and by the normatives in Sweden where I lived. I wanted to go out and explore the world. I did what I knew and mastered well: doing. I was always doing more, always trying harder in my achievements and never stopped to honour myself and my achievements. Eventually I felt the need to change my perspective, sensing that whatever it was I was looking for would follow. So I did. I traveled the world, I studied everything I could. Got two degrees at the University, worked with many different things, and also explored who I am through various methods and philosophies.
As far as yoga, I started my spiritual journey with Zen Meditation in New York City in the early nineties. From there, I immersed myself in various styles of yoga and meditation like Sivanandayoga, Jivamuktiyoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Iyengaryoga, Phoenix Rising, Anusarayoga, Yinyoga, Restorativeyoga, Chakrayoga, Vipassana meditation, TM, ISHTA yoga and much more. Coming out stronger and more intuned with myself and who I am.
I am E-RYT 500 hr (Yoga Alliance) teacher and I hold certifications in various styles of yoga and meditation as well as trainings in health, fitness, Anatomy/Physiology, therapeutic yoga, personal development and energetics. In 2015, I was initiated as a Yogiraj, yogamaster by my teacher Kavi Yogi Alan Finger.
I teach weekly drop-in classes in Sweden at Altromondoyoga and Yoga Shakti in Stockholm as well as regular masterclasses at other studios around Scandinavia. I travel locally and internationally teaching workshops, events and occasionally I give official talks on yoga, meditation, creativity and communication. Very often my talks are within a group or corporate event and not open to the public. But the ones that are, I list in my Calendar.

Several times a year, I go offline with groups of various sizes and escape the mundane. We check ourselves in to a certain setting with a specific purpose: to retreat, rebuild, de-stress, evolve, practice and deepen ourselves in the art of living well.
