Ulrica Norberg is a life coach, meditation teacher, breath trainer and yoga master with more than 30 years of experience. Her work bridges the timeless wisdom of yoga with contemporary research in neuroscience, longevity and conscious leadership. Through this integrative approach she guides individuals and leaders toward greater clarity, resilience and sustainable wellbeing.
Originally from Sweden, Ulrica holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Film from Stockholm University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Literature. Alongside her teaching she works as a creative consultant, moderator and lecturer, leading workshops in creativity, innovation and mind health.
She is the author of more than a dozen books on health, nature, travel and creativity, and is a sought-after teacher in leadership programs focused on transformation, mental resilience and future-oriented leadership.
