Welcome to a  2-hour workshop in clarity, perspective and direction

We live in a culture that encourages constant action, reaction and input. But reflection is a different skill. Reflection is not simply thinking more. It is the ability to pause, notice what is actually happening, question the stories we are telling ourselves, and create enough distance to see more clearly.

In this two-hour workshop, we explore reflection as a practical tool for self-leadership, decision-making, creativity and change.

Through short teachings, guided reflection, writing, breath and embodied practices, you will learn how to step out of automatic patterns and create greater clarity around where you are, what matters, and what may need to shift.

We will work with a simple reflective framework:

PAUSE → NOTICE → QUESTION → REFRAME → CHOOSE

During the workshop, you will explore questions such as:

  • What is currently taking more energy than it deserves?
  • What do I already know, but have not yet acted on?
  • What have I outgrown but still organise my life around?
  • Where am I trying harder when I may need to see differently?
  • What deserves more space in my life right now?
  • What becomes possible when I change the question?

The workshop combines reflection with short nervous-system and attention practices, because clarity is not only cognitive. The state we are in affects what we are able to see.

You will leave with:

  • a practical method for reflection
  • a set of questions you can return to
  • greater clarity around a current area of your life
  • a simple practice for creating perspective before making decisions
  • one clear next step

Reflection is not about finding all the answers.
It is about learning how to see more clearly.
