A workshop on clarity, purpose and the art of living consciously.
With Yogiraj Ulrica Norberg
What if the life you’re working so hard to build isn’t the life you actually want?
We spend so much of our lives planning, achieving, improving and moving forward. Yet how often do we stop to question the direction we’re heading in? Or whether the things we’re pursuing truly reflect who we are and what matters to us?
In yogic philosophy, Sankalpa refers to a deeply rooted intention. Unlike a New Year’s resolution, it is not about fixing ourselves, chasing perfection or becoming someone else. It is about recognising what is already meaningful within us and allowing that understanding to guide how we live.
Sankalpa is not simply about what you want to achieve. It is about who you choose to be, how you want to live and what you are willing to give your attention to.
A morning of exploration, reflection and practice
Join Ulrica Norberg for a three-hour workshop combining ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary perspectives on self-leadership, psychology, nervous system regulation and conscious living.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, guided reflection and personal inquiry, we create space to step away from habitual patterns, reconnect with our values and explore what we genuinely want to cultivate in the year ahead.
Together, we will explore:
The workshop includes mindful movement, pranayama, meditation, restorative practices and a guided writing process to help you formulate your personal Sankalpa.
You will leave with a clearer sense of direction, a personally meaningful intention and practical tools for bringing it into everyday life.
This is an invitation to pause before rushing into what’s next. To question what no longer serves you. To recognise what deserves more of your energy. And to begin shaping a life that feels less driven by expectation and more guided by intention. Because a meaningful life is not simply something we achieve.
It is something we consciously participate in creating.
