In this online workshop, Ulrica Norberg will guide you through wise and intelligent sequences that focus on ways to accumulate power, energy, and inspiration through an intuitive yin practice. This practice invites you to connect to your inner abilities – through moving gently into tension. Behind that tension is space, capacity, ease, and flow. This class with Ulrica is about finding a yoga practice that not only strengthens you, but also provides you with what you need – with a caring energy to open you and help you create increased circulation through thoughtful sequences. So let’s slow down and find an honest moment. Let us reconnect with our inner joy, and merge into soulfulness. Ulrica will cover a wide breath of information on how we can yoke the active with the passive in new ways – and the benefits that unfold from there.Come and be fluid.
