Then this training is something for you!
Join Yoga Masters Katrina Repka and Ulrica Norberg for a 5-day training (30 hrs) delving in to the art of meditation. We will explore preparatory measures to ready body, breath, and mind, and learn the tools that will allow you to cultivate a successful daily meditation practice. Expect to do daily asana, pranayama and meditation classes followed with lectures and technique analysis and discussion.
This training will focus on the experience; everyday you will be guided through a pre-meditative practice (asana, pranayama and kriya) in order to make way for meditation, a powerful meditation, and a re-grounding regime that will make the meditation most effective.
You will learn what meditation is inside and out: the benefits, the art, and the cultivation of inner stillness and effortless concentration. You will be handed tools from Katrina and Ulrica, two very experienced yoga and meditation masters.
This workshop will include asana sequences, pranayama, and kriya, as well as relaxation and concentration exercises. You will learn how to sequence a personal practice to fit your needs, how to develop and deepen your meditation, and how meditation can help you to evolve through life and deeply transform body, mind, and spirit. As we say: “Meditate to elevate”!
Your teachers in this training are Ulrica Norberg (E-RYT 500) and Katrina Repka (from London and E-RYT 500), two of Europes most renowed Yoga Masters.
Ulrica, holds a BA and Master in Film and Journalism, is an acclaimed authour and journalist, teacher trainer and lecturer, started her yogapath through zen buddhist studies in her early teens while living in the US, long before she entered the yogic path. Zen led her to other buddist meditation techniques throughout the world and then merging all knowledge into ISHTA yoga; a lineage where both she and Katrina are a part of today. Both Katrina and Ulrica are students under Kavi Yogi Alan Finger, one of the worlds most dedicated masters of yoga.
Katrina discovered the deepest effects of meditation; personal transformation thanks to various styles and masters. She is a dedicated student of meditation, yoga and the arts and holds a BA ans MSC in Communications and is deeply and lead trainings and workshops in the UK and Europé.
